• LivingBanners: Fabric banners and matching web pages with messages of hope and courage for those in need
• Northcott Banner Corporation: Operating company for LivingBanners
• Page: Individual web page that corresponds to a single LivingBanner
• Personal Information: Information about an identified or identifiable individual; may include name, address, or e-mail address
• Privacy Policy: This document, including any necessary updates
• Recipient: Person who receives a fabric LivingBanner and web page
• Sender: Person who initiates a LivingBanner
• Site: Entire LivingBanners web site, including all banner pages
• Visitor: Anyone who uses the LivingBanners site or one of its pages

Description of Service

Each LivingBanners Page includes a message board. The Sender and the Recipient can invite others to leave messages on a LivingBanners Page. These messages will remain on the Page, where visitors can read them. The message board helps bring together a community of care in an easy, accessible way.

LivingBanners, operated by Northcott Banner Corporation, respects your privacy. We maintain high standards to protect the information you and your family and friends share through each LivingBanners Page.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you buy one of our products and use a LivingBanners Page. It also explains some of the steps we take to protect your privacy, and describes how the Sender and the Recipient may choose who visits a LivingBanners Page.

We may also send news messages about LivingBanners.com. This might include news about our partners, our services, or fund-raising activities. Each will contain directions you can follow to opt out of further messages.

Registration Information

LivingBanners collects information submitted during the registration process. The minimum age for creating or updating a LivingBanners Page is 18. The minimum age for Visitors is 13. We will confirm this information if we have questions about the age of any user.

We may also use registration information to compile statistics about LivingBanners.com. These statistics do not identify anyone personally.

Survey Information

Message Board Entries

LivingBanners pages usually contain very personal information about the Recipient, and often about the Sender and Visitors. To respect the sensitive nature of this information, we offer password protection and let the Sender and Recipient determine who has access to each Page.

In general, we do not monitor, filter or use the personal information contained in message board entries, except to provide this online service to you, your friends, and your family. Although we do not monitor all message boards, we reserve the right to review the content of any LivingBanners Page at random, or if a problem is brought to our attention.

If any user violates our Terms of Service, we may delete specific message board entries or take other actions as necessary. That includes responding to a legal inquiry, such as a subpoena, or if information posted on a LivingBanners Page, in our sole judgment, violates an applicable law.

Help Protect Children Under 13
